We have never met Sally Hicks but we did meet Joe Freshour and he was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We are out of state buyers and Joe cleared his schedule and was available for us the entire week that we were in Florida in order to view homes. Joe was very easy to work with. He has a straight forward no nonsense approach to the home buying process. Never did we feel any pressure to make an offer on a specific property. The entire process was very relaxed and easy. I am happy to say that we did enter into a contract on our vacation home and we are in the process of finalizing all of the details. I would highly recommend Joe for any real estate needs.
